Can we call BSc (PMCs) as a BSc (Cs) ?

No , you cannot call Bsc PMCs as Bsc Cs as they are 2 different bachelor degrees .
BSc Computer Science, abbreviated as BSc CS, is a 3-year undergraduate program that deals with the subjects and topics related to computer science, computer application, and its services.
Bsc PMCs is a combination of Physics, Maths and computer science .The course comprises of three main subjects – Physics, Mathematics and Computer Science hence included all the important topics in the syllabus of the course. It teaches about Properties of Matter and Thermodynamics, Electromagnetism and Circuit analysis, Mechanics and Relativity, etc from physics. It also teaches about Calculus & number Theory, Acoustics & Optics, Differential Equation and Algebra, Numerical Analysis, etc from the stream of Mathematics.
The subject of computer science includes study about Operating System Linux, Advanced C and Sequential Circuits, Computer Networking, Web Designing and many more.
Depending on the major subjects you choose you can pursue Msc Physics/Maths/Computer Science or MCA or MBA after your bachelors in PMCs whereas on the other hand you can pursue Msc Computer Science or MCA or MBA.
