No need to carry any stationary stuff with you at the examination centre as you won't be allowed to take it in the examination hall.Anything other than your admit card and your ID proof won't be allowed to take with you .It's better not to carry it so as to avoid running into unnecessary problems

Any kind of stationery item like pen, pencil or eraser is not allowed to be carried inside the exam hall. ... At the exam center, a candidate is allowed to come only with the NEET 2018 admit card and photographs.

Hello Reena , yoy can not carry pen or pencil in exam hall. At exam hall pen will be provided to the students. You just go in exam hall with following three documents.
Your passport size photo.
Admit card
ID proof.

NEET 2019 is not only one of the biggest but also has the most uncompromising exam rules.NTA provided a detailed list on dress code and barred items. To answer your question you don't need to carry any pencil or pen into the exam hall.

You will not be allowed to take pencil or pen inside the exam premise. You can take your admit card id proof and photo only. Nothing else shouod be carried by you in the exam hall.
