Can we change branch in Jadavpur university after admission?

Yes, Obviously you can change your your stream of branch to another branch, but it is possible only after completing of your first year that means two semesters.
To do so you should get high marks in your first year, so that you will not face any trouble in changing your stream.

The details of branch change mechanism in Jadavpur University are yet not very clear because of it being a rather new provision. But I can tell you that you'd be given a chance to do so after completing your first year of study, subject to the availability of seats. If you need any more help then drop a comment on this answer.

I might get printing or production in jadavpur this year, should i go for it and try for branch change or should i go with private college CSE.
