If you are referring to switching the courses then, candidates who wants to switch the college must cancel their first admission by visiting the official admission portal of the University of Delhi. The candidates will have to fill the cancellation form available on the official website and will have to pay a cancellation fee and take the printout of cancellation slip. If the admission fees of second college is similar to first it will get adjusted automatically. If the fees is high than former then you have pay the extra amount and if it is less than former the extra money will be refunded. Then you have to  select new college of your choice. Make sure that yo meet with eligibility requirement before opting the college .After that candidates have to bring the original documents to new college for verification along with TC.
