Can we change college if we got our 2 nd option first and later we get our 1 St option at private college in Tamil Nadu?

Hi candidate as mentioned in the question you are asking that whether you can get a seat if you get your second option first and then later get your first option at private college in Tamil nadu then I would like to answer you in that regards that yes you can get a seat and that will be your first option because as you will get your first option the second option will be considered as upgraded.
