Yes, you can, if you are an IPG Scholar.

Ans: As of now there are no definite rules behind choosing between M. Tech and MBA for 5-year IPG scholars. This choice lies entirely with students and is made after 6th semester. The institute however might set certain pre-conditions in the event there is a shortage of students in either of these disciplines
