Yes you can edit the form in the given span of time. ( from 14th January to 30th January 2019. )
In this span of time you can correct whatever corrections are required such as :-
(make sure you check the following documents too so that you have filled the form correctly and editing won't be permitted after 30th January 2019 )
- ID proof details
- Date of birth
- Gender
- State codes
- Category
- Question paper mode
- Examination centre
- Parents Name
- Marks and correction in scanned images.

You can edit and correct mistake during the correction window.In case if the address option will not be edited then don't worry as it wont be a big issue in terms of your exam.
