I want to inform you as you have asked that you can change your choice of college or preference until and unless you lock the choice and once you have locked your choice then you cannot do anything in that then your allotment will be done on the preference only and if allotted the college you have to take it or you can go for then or 2nd round also where fresh registration has to be made and new choice filling will be done.
