Can we change the group in 12 th I.e for 11th pcbm and 12th PCB..Can the group be switched?

Yes, dear, you can switch it but for that, you have to talk your school authority only they will tell or understand you how it will happen and what is the actual procedure for changing stream properly. This type of cases already happened that's why I know it will be possible to contact your school Authority.
