As such general there's no provision that you can join dummy school after completing your class 11th in regular school. This is because the class 12th registration gets done in class 11th itself and it might can create some problem.

But as everyone knows dummy schools are dummy and you can join there in 11th or even after passing class 11.So yes you can find some dummy schools who'll admit you but keep in mind that they would be taking huge donations.
