If you are asking about submitting choices at a college then yes it is possible for submitting choices from different departments but you will get admitted to a college under a single department only you may have different subjects but you will be the student of a particular department only.

No you can't get .
If you want to study in any college then you are allowed to take only one branch or stream more than one not allowed and also not possible.
