Hello,
If you do a job which is after your classes hours, then of course you can purse M.Tech while pursuing M.Tech but if you are thinking to do M.Tech while doing your full time job then you can't do this because if you choose do to JOB and M.Tech together then you have to pursue either online or distance mode M.Tech.
But, online mode or distance mode M.Tech degree is not approved by AICTE (All INDIA Council for Technical Education) and you wouldn't be able to use this degree anywhere because there would be no validity of this degree.
Remember, B.Tech and M.Tech can't be pursued either online or distance mode, and if some University or Institution is offering you mode M.Tech then that organization is clearing violating the norms of UGC (University Grant Commission). So you have to quit your full time job to pursue M.Tech course. But still you can do one thing, after your regular classes you can give tution classes to Students, if you want a source of running income.
Good Luck.
