Can we correct our ration card number in ts eamcet correction process!? Does that causes any issues in future?! please clarify!?

No you won't be getting option of correction of ration card number during the correction window. But make sure you have a valid document and you can use it when required. If there is anything wrong with your document then get it correct before the counselling process.
