The answer to this question is both yes and no. If you don't have prior knowledge and your basics are not clear, then you can not. Because it is very important to have your basics clear to get through JEE advanced. If you are someone with poor or average basics then you must prepare for this year and try at 2021 JEE advanced.
However, if you have your basics clear and only lack practice then you can crack the JEE advanced. All you need is to practice the previous year question papers and some other question banks available online.
In the second case you can get through JEE advanced. But to get a good rank, you need to practice really hard. Prepare a timetable for the next time you have left. Then follow a religious routine, study at least 8 hours per day as there is not much time left.
