You can definitely crack NEET Examination without coaching , but yes if you don't go for coaching you will have to be more disciplined regarding your studies as there will be no one to keep a check on you, you'll have to put a bit more efforts than those who goes for coaching.

Your major focus should be on NCERT:- To prepare for neet exam first of all go through ncert to clear your basic concepts and take the help of reference book to understand the topics you find difficult to understand, Ncert is really good for clearing your basic concepts , and it is the base of neet examination.

- Follow a timetable :- you can make a routine as well and try to give at least 8 hours or more to study , give more time to the subject which is your weak point. For example generally physics is the most difficult subject for medical students so in your routine give more time to physics.
- Practice questions and revise concepts , you should practice and solve at least 80 to 100 mcqs in each chapter and keep revising your concepts at regular intervals, like once in a week or 15 days . You can make short notes for quick revision of important concepts and formulas
- Once you are done with the complete neet syllabus go through mock test papers
