If the question is considered as a bonus by the official NEET answer key, then and only then can you consider a particular question as wrong and by eligible for the bonus marks. Many times it is seen that the questions that have been considered wrong by answer keys from various coaching institutions have not been entertained in the official NEET answer key. And as far as I know you only get the bonus if you have attempted the particular question carrying the bonus marks. If none of the answers given in the options matched, then probably everyone gets the bonus.
