can we directly approach a private medical college for admission in NRI quota or we have to participate in state counseling?

You can't directly approach the Private institute for admission. You must first register with your state or MCC NEET admission portal via NRI quota and then proceed. Also you must write NEET to be eligible for admission procedures.

Hey.
No you cannot do that. You'll have to register for NRI quota and submit details of your marks. NEET is a must.
