The language course has nothing to do with your graduation.

Bachelor of Arts in English will be counted as your graduation degree and along with that you can do pursue your language course.

Many university offers theses courses within their campuses in order to make students avail the benefits of the foreign language course.

Foreign language courses are in huge demand so that will be great if you choose to pursue it along with your graduation.
