Yes, you can surely pursue Bachelor's in Arts in any specialization or general after doing BiPC at inter level. The eligibility for doing Bachelor's of Arts is to just have 50% marks or should have passed class 12 in any stream. So, you are eligible to pursue Bachelor's in Arts.

Yes, you can definitely do BA after completing your 12th class with BIPC, as the minimum eligibility criteria to get admission in BA course is that the candidate must have passed 10+2 with atleast 50% marks from any recognised board, and from any stream. So you are eligible to get admission in BA after class 12th with BIPC.
