Can we do BA Psychology and then do MSc psychology. Will it be difficult than doing BSc and then MSc?
Dear Candidate,
No it will not be difficult as it does not matter what stream you choose in psychology-arts or science because psychology is a blend of both and thus includes the same syllabus in both the courses, except some tiny changes here and there.
Dear Harish, BA Psychology is more focussed on Social sciences whereas B.Sc Psychology is more focussed on Technical studies. So after BA Psychology, you can pursue various fields of Social work, Arts, Journalism Law, etc. After B.Sc Psychology, you can move towards medical research and healthcare. You can pursue M.Sc Psychology after both BA and B.Sc Psychology. Because the eligibility criteria to pursue M.Sc Psychology is that you shoukd have studied Psychology as a subject in your Bachelors. While the importance of Psychology and weightage remains the same it is the electives that you select in your Bachelor's that makes the difference. Having said that it isnt tough yo study M.Sc in Psychology either after BA or B.Sc
