You cannot do B.Voc and B.Sc together as they are two different courses of various streams.

B voc mainly has Food Technology, waste management, Dairy field , Textiles etc. It is bachelors of vocational studies and is job oriented.

Where as B.SC deals with mainly science subjects such as Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Maths etc.

For doing B.Sc in good collges you need above 85% in 10+2 such as Loyola college, Madras Christian college.

Above 70 % is required for above average colleges.

B.Sc is a three years degree course in science. Similarly B.Voc is a three years degree course of vocational studies.

According to UGC guidelines you can not do two degrees at the same time.

So we can not do b.sc and b.voc at the same time.

The percentage of class 12th required for admission to b.sc college may vary from institution to institutionon. You should check the college in which you want to take admission for the eligibility criteria.
