I think you meant University College of Technology, Osmania University, Hyderabad. The admission  for B.TECH is on the basis of the entrance exam conducted by the government of Telangana and the eligible candidates have to apply on the official website and the admissions will be offered based on the merit of the entrance examination, document verification and fees payment.
