Yes dear, you can do MBA after any type of graduation,But for a good college you need to have 50-55% in your bachelors and have to clear some entrance exams like CAT/MAT. You can do MBA in any of the specializations. Some of the common are

International Business Management, Agribusiness Management, E-Business/E-Commerce, Financial Market, Entrepreneurship, Finance

Otherwise there are many private colleges to which you can directly. But grab the best.

Yes, If you look at the eligibility criterion almost all the college require only a graduation degree with many colleges ask for at least 50% in graduation. The selection process is different for different institutes and some give more weightage to graduation percentage.
