Can we do MS with full scholarship in abroad?In which country is it possible?

Hi,
Jensiha, Germany is the best for free studies and it is also the best in medical fields. There are 2 points to take in consideration:
1. You will get the stipend which is very good thing , also the working hours are limited so you can earn extra income too.
2. The drawback is you have to learn German language. It is the first condition they put.

You can do this in any country with full scholarship if you have excellent academic skills but if this is not the case then you should go for France or Germany. These countries offer really good education at very cheap prices.
And also let me tell you that canada is not an option for you because number of scholarships are limited there.
