Yes one has full right to shift or exchange his /her course in the 2nd year.



There are some conditions that one needs to follow to shift or exchange the course.

• One should qualify or pass the first year with no back logs.
• One should not be debarred in the previous year.

If all these conditions are followed then one is capable of taking up or shift the course in the 2nd year.

But all these conditions are only followed up in the private universities and colleges not in the government colleges.
