Can we file the application in the 10th semister before the result is published or do we require to complete the law degree and the degree should be available in physical form?

Well the thing is that if you don't have the results out yet still you can apply for any exams or any other entrance or any competitive exam cause you can do that with your last semester results. So you can freely apply the same way.
