Can we fill choice of FW seat along with any reservation quota?

Hello Vaibhav Gupta.
I would like to inform you that you can fill FW with any of the reservation quota as per your choice, because cutoffs are only categorised for different categories and Fee Waiver is a differnt condition which has no ralation with cutoffs or placement. It is only related with fee payment.
