Candidates who secured merit rank will get free seat which means that candidates with rank below 10,000 will get free seat irrespective of their category. Your rank is above 10,000 so you are not eligible  to get free seat as you have not fulfilled the eligibility requirement. However, if you belong to SC/ST category with parents annual income up to 2 lakhs ( for TS EAMCET) and 2.5 lakhs ( AP EAMCET) will get full fee reimbursement and for candidates belonging to BC/EBC/EWS/disabled with parent's annual income up to one lakh will get partial fee reimbursement.
