Hello aspirant!!! Yes a bachelor's degree is sufficient to get you a job. Although there are many other factors as well that determines your chances of getting a job. Firstly the college reputation, then your performance in the 4 years course of engineering and your relevant skills. So if you are skilful enough then the btech degree is sufficient to get you a job. Although remember that masters degree can get you a better job. Hope this solves your query.
