Can we get admission for BAMS for 102 marks in mopup round OR SPOT ROUND from category where qualifying criteria is decreased? In mumbai or pune from state quota?

You have not mentioned your category. Also, with 102 marks it is difficult to get a seat in BAMDS colleges of Mumbai or Pune. However, you can still try for getting a seat in mopup or spot round, however the chances are less.
