You cannot get admission for B.SC agriculture on the basis of NEET score. There is a separate exam held for B.SC agriculture that is ICAR- Indian Counsil Of Agricultural Research. So, based on the marks you scored in the ICAR entrance examination they will be shortlisting the students for the undergraduate, graduate and doctoral programmes in agriculture.
If you are aiming to get a seat in B.SC agriculture you need to have a minimum of 50% marks in your board examination if you are an OBC candidate and for SC/ST a minimum of 40% marks are required to apply for the ICAR entrance examination.

Hello ,
All the states do not give admission in bsc agriculture through NEET examination only. The entrance examination for agricultural course is held by the Indian council of agricultural research (ICAR) every year in the month of June. Some States also conduct there own entrance examination for admission in agricultural universities.In telengana there is TSEAMCET and in kerela they do consider neet as a merit it depends upon the state .
