Can we get admission in BTech 2nd year of Anna Uniesrsity. Presently I am in 1st year in other University

You can take admission in Anna University from second year only if they provide lateral admissions. If they do then the registrations forms will be out soon and then you can fill the form and follow the steps accordingly. Registering yourself for the lateral admissions is the only way to get admission from second year.
