can we get admission without giving mhtcet law( 5 year)
Hi,
There isn't a single law school that will admit you without a CET score. Every student who wishes to pursue a career in law must take the CET exam. They get accepted into a law school based on their admission exam score.
You can, however, enter into a 3-year LLB programme without having to take the entrance exam. Several law universities in India offer merit-based admission to 3-year LLB programmes rather than requiring applicants to take an entrance exam. There is no distinction between the degrees. When applying for a job, both degrees are valuable.
BA LLB, on the other hand, is taken after completing 12th grade. The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) is required of all applicants. The LLB, on the other hand, requires completion of a graduate course. You can save a year if you choose the first choice.
