Yes for sure you can get scholarships at IIIT Delhi. If you want to pursue B.Tech at IIIT Delhi then you have 3 fee waiver options.
- If your parents income is below poverty line then you get 100% fee waiver.
- If your parents(in service) gross income is up to Rs. 6 lakhs p.a. then you get a fee waiver of 50%.(Rs. 3.60 lakhs p.a. for those involved in business)
- If your parents(in service) gross income falls in the range of Rs. 6 lakhs p.a. and Rs. 8 lakhs p.a. then you get a fee waiver of 25%.( Rs. 4.80 lakhs p.a. for those having business income)

Chairman’s Merit Scholarship in BTech admission for top students
Delhi students whose JEE rank is less than 2000 will be given a scholarship of Rs 1.25 lacs / year (which can be adjusted against the fees) for the entire duration of their BTech at IIIT-Delhi, provided they maintain a CGPA of 8.5 or above. (i.e. they will get Chairman’s Scholarship for the first year. For subsequent years they will get the scholarship if their CGPA is 8.5 or above.)
