see none of the academic degree can not give you assurance for quick settling in life. to become stable you have to work for our goal and continue work and study . however having completed the degree from tier 1 institute has good option for students, since placement is best in tier 1 colleges. so I suggest you to study from any of those institute which provides excellent placement. :
