In my view,  it depends on the nature of error of the question.If the data given in the question are wrong  then candidates who attempted it will get marks only , not others. And if the question is conceptually wrong then all the student will get marks for that question . Every year these rules gets modified so be aware about that questions.

That depends upon the nature of question. If the question is conceptually wrong then marks can be awarded to all the candidates appearing for the exam. Sometimes the question have some value errors then students who have attempted the question are awarded the marks.
