Hello Aspirant,
If you are asking whether you can do a course related to medical and healthcare field without science group in 12th , then the only option is hospital management. Another option is taking up psychology. Some colleges offering BA Psychology will may accept students from any background and later after finishing masters degree in psychology, you may work as a junior counselor and with PhD in clinical psychology, you can practice as a certified clinical psychologist in hospitals.
If you are asking about work opportunities then you cannot work as a direct medical professional without the appropriate ,required qualification but without a science background you can work in some non-medical areas in the medical sector , ie., in administration ,hospital management, human resources, finance etc. Few such jobs are ,
1.Hospital admin or manager, only after doing MBA in Hospital management.
2.Medical scribe ( you will need good typing skill and some basic knowledge about medical terms which you may get through a short certification course)
3.Medical coding or transcription(you will need some basic training)
4.Medical assistant or support staff(it may involve scheduling appointments, updating medical records , bookkeeping, preparing patients for exam etc)
You may search for various general healthcare certification courses online either from Indian or foreign (recognized) universities that accepts students from all backgrounds and can get you into medical field, it might be rare but you can try.
All the best
