No, brother.

As from the year 2002, MNNIT was awarded with NIT tag and declared institute of national importance.

From that year, MNNIT admits student from JEE mains.

Also, MNNIT comes in the Big 4 ie in the name of Best 4 NIT's of our country!

No, you can't get admission in MNNIT through UPSEE exam, to get into MNNIT you need to qualify JEE Mains.

Because, MNNIT is an institute of central government and through UPSEE exam you are only eligible for all state level Engineering colleges (only Engineering colleges of Uttar Pradesh) connected with UPSEE.
