You can get NTSe scholarship during B.Tech Course if you've been selected for NTSe scholarship during 10th standard,  but you can't apply for NTSE scholarship during B.Tech course.

• National Council of Education and Research (NCERT) awards the NTSE  scholarship.
• Students of Class 10 in any recognized school, including students under Open & Distance Learning can apply and if pass the NTSE stage 1&2 exam are then selected for scholarship.
• Students pursuing professional courses like medicine and engineering can also avail NTSE scholarship

The NTSE scholarship exam takes place in two stages. The students who clear first stage are eligible to give the second stage exam .

Students who clear both the examination are awarded the NTSE scholarship to take higher education.

So if you clear both the stages then you will get scholarship during b.tech
