Sc. in Biotechnology: Admission ProcessFor admission to the course, eligible candidates are needed to qualify a relevant entrance examination, conducted at any of institute, state and national levels. Two subsequent rounds of group discussion and personal interview subsequently follow for assessment of candidate’s general aptitude for the course.
Some of the major entrance tests conducted in India for admission to the course are listed below.
- AIIMS Biotechnology Entrance Test
- JNU (Jawaharlal Nehru University) Combined Biotechnology Entrance Examination
- CBEEE (Combined Biotechnology Entrance Examination)
- DU (University of Delhi) Biotechnology Entrance Examination.
However, some colleges also admit students based on their performance in the last qualifying examination.
