Some of the universities accepts eamcet score also. Most of the colleges accept jee and eamcet score. Mostly universities conduct their own examination for choosing.You can check some universites of your interest and the process of choosing. Mostly they prefer the examunation score conducted by university. Try to attempt that exams too if possible.Choose the best branch and college of your choice.

Gitam university and kl university accepts eamcet score.

Since you haven't mentioned University you want to take addmission in and predicting that you will get good marks in then I yes you can get admission in top universities with high score .But finally it depends on eligibility criteria .which may change every year.
