Can we give GMAT or CAT Entrance exam after 12. It is right decision or not?

GMAT entrance exam conducts multiple time in year. Candidate should have to complete age 18 year. So you can apply for GMAT if you you have complete your 18. But you can not give CAT. Because for that you should have to complete your undergraduate degree.
