yes, I think you can give MU OET 2019.there is no age requirement needed for mu oet entrance exam.

the eligibility needed for the candidates who wish to take mu oet is,

the student should have passed in their +2 board examination (english,maths,physics as compulsory)

and should have 50% aggregate marks in PCM /PCB subjects.

Yes, You can give MUOET exam after a gap of one year as Having a gap year doesn't disqualify you from applying to MU OET 2018. But will you need to meet the eligibility criteria for the exam, which includes passing the qualifying exam with minimum 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Mathematics and an optional subject.

MUOET is a exam conducted by Manipal University to get into Btech and Mtech course. The exam is held every year.  So yes you can skip a year and answer next year.

The eligibility criteria for Btech is

PCM in 12 std with minimum 55℅

For Mtech

Btech from any recognized university with minimum 55℅ aggregate marks
