No you do not go directly to any government medical college and show your neet Mark's. You have to take participate in NEET councelling process to get admitted in any of the government college. They do not give permission for such kind of direct admission process.

No, it is not possible.
The seat allocation in both government and private colleges happen only through counselling. You need to register for the counselling, attend it and you will be alloted college depending on your merit, reservation, your preferences of colleges etc.

Sorry dear it wouldn't be possible. You have to good score for government medical colleges and you must be attending the counseling.
After counselling you are getting which college you would take admission there.
After counselling one more round appear which is mop up round. This is like first go first serve. Actually that time you can try any government colleges if any vacancy present. But there also you need good score.
