Yes , you can surely go for MBA after 2 or more years of career Gap.
In fact , to get admission in IIMs , work experience is required . If you have worked for any decent company , then it must be a positive point regarding admission in IIM apart from the performance in Interview .
Some additional details about MBA :
- Academic eligibility : can differ based on the different MBA prog you choose
- General eligibility : Should have passed graduation or be in the final year from B.Sc/B.Tech/BA/BBA/B.com stream
- Should have done min 50% in graduation. For IIM admission , min secure 60%
