No you can not do Btech course after class 10th,you have to atleast pass class 12th board exams if you want to go for Btech course.

But you can do diploma course after class 10th in various engineering branches.

Yes you can go for B.Tech studiea right aftet class 10 if you have a keen interest in it. For thia you can take up the 3 year diploma course. If you pursue a Diploma program, which is a 3 years course, you are eligible for a lateral entry into the 2nd year of engineering degree course. which is a 4 years course. Thus after 10th, you would be a Graduate in 3 ( Diploma) + 3 ( Engineering degree course), precisely 6 years.
