yes definetly you can go for civils UPSC after your mbbs.candidates who have completed mbbs but not yet completed internship can write UPSC.but there are some restrictions like you shouldnt become older than 32 years for general category,for obc 35 years and sc/st 37 years and you should be minimum of 21 years.also the number of attempts are restricted like for gen category student its 6 years,obc 9 attempts and unlimited for sc/st until 37 years of age. https://www.careers360.com/question-mbbs-after-ias-guide-me
