If your Home is near, then surely can go. Because After giving one exam there is a few hours left for other Exam ,so if you manage your time then its upto you

Hello student
There will be two exams per day so as you finish one exam you will be having another exam after some hours. So if your home is near then you can definitely go and get back soon.
After that you can go to your home.
If you have one exam per day then after exam you can definitely go home.
