No, you cannot join an IIT after ITI.
This is because,
Admission in IITs is through jee advanced and yo u need 10+2/equivalent to be eligible for jee advanced but ITI is not equivalent to 10+2 and thus you aren't eligible .

JEE advanced eligibility criteria is given below :-
---------------------) Qualification required :- One needs to pass 10+2/ or equivalent with the following 5 subjects:-
Physics
Chemistry
Mathematics
A language
Any subject other than listed above
Those appearing for 10+2/equivalent are also eligible.
---------------------) Minimum marks in 12th /equivalent :- you need to pass your class 12th with at least 75% marks in aggregate in class 12 if belong to general or obc category or at least 65% marks if belongs to SC/ST or must be in the top 20 percentile in class 12 examination.
††† IMPORTANT NOTE :- Considering pandemic in order to give relaxation. The minimum percentage barrier of 75 % - 65% has been lifted off for jee advanced 2022. It means all you need to be eligible is to have at least passed 12th .
----------------------) 12th /equivalent passing year :- You can give JEE advanced examination for the maximum of consecutive 2 years starting from the year of appearing for your 12th examination i. e to be eligible for JEE advanced 2022 your 12th board examination appearing year should be either 2022 or 2021

Considering pandemic, there's one time measure for students who had passed 12th in 2021 & 2020.
For 2021 passed :- Those 2021 passed students who had qualified jee main 2021 and had registered for jee advanced 2021 but couldn't appear in the examination are directly eligible for jee advanced 2022 without appearing in jee main 2022.
For 2020 passed :- 2020 12th passed students are also eligible for jee advanced 2022 after qualifying jee main 2022 provided they have appeared in only one of 2020 or 2021 jee advanced or none of them.

-----------------------) There is upper age limit, according to which to be eligible for jee advanced 2022, you should be born on or after 1st October 1997. There is 5 years of age relaxation for SC, ST and PwD so candidates of SC/ST /PWD needs to be born on or after October 1, 1992.
