The eligibility criteria for admission to IITs is to have a minimum of 75% marks in class 12 examination.The admission to BTech courses are done on the basis of the marks scored in JEE Advanced. IITs offer BTech  courses in various branches.

For admission to IIITs you need to complete 10+2 with a minimum of 60% marks. But AP RGUKT IIIT offers admission to six year BTech program for candidates who have obtained high score in class 10 and have not more than 18 years of age.

Most of the courses offered in IITs and IIITs are research and engineering related.So you could say that they deal with  science subjects.

Hello student,

sorry to say  you but you cannot join any IIT or IIIT colleges after 10th. To take admission in those college you should have pass JEE main and then the advance. And for those exam the minimum eligibility criteria is you should have pass your 10 + 2 level with PCM.
